This is a made for TV movie that aired on ABC on October 2, 1993. This along with Trick r' Treat (2007), The Great Pumpkin, and Halloween (1978) represent Halloween the most to me. I wish more people knew about this movie. You can rent it on Youtube and Apple TV. It's just has everything you could want for Halloween, learning the history of the holiday all the things associated with Halloween, kids trying to save their friend whose soul is being pursued by the very person teaching them about the holiday. It has pretty creepy animation on top of all of that. One thing is, the kid dressed like a monster, man he sure does love saying, oh my gosh
