We moved and a month later get a letter stating our lease has been sold to SPRUCE then we started getting bills. I tried calling, on hold for 20-30 minutes where they say email is faster.I got no response for days and then a weird email telling me i can pay my bill on the phone as their online billing is down. I finally got a real response after about 7 emails where they told me to chose a different option when calling.They answered on April 27,2021, saw in my file that I sold, and the panels were transferred but the new owner had never been put in or billed. They said it would be fixed but today MAY 24th,2021. I got another bill. Try calling a on hold for 20 minutes, so I emailed them. will probably take more than 2 days for a response saying to call again
